OUR STORY

It started with cycling. Then came coffee.

Over 10 years ago, Amber and I moved to Girona to pursue my career as a professional cyclist. Racing took me around the world — from the Tour de France and the Classics to World Championships — and somewhere along the way, coffee became an obsession.

Every new city meant finding its best coffee. Soon, I had my own espresso machine, a small roaster, and a growing curiosity for what great coffee could be.

Amber and I had actually met in a café, so when we started thinking about life beyond professional cycling, the answer felt obvious:

Let's open a café in Girona.

First came La Fabrica. What started as our little café quickly became a meeting point for locals, cyclists and travellers from around the world.

And as the demand for our coffee grew, so did the dream.

Espresso Mafia was born.

Today, we roast our coffee right here in Girona and share it with cafés and coffee lovers around the world.
