A naturally processed coffee from Rancho Grande, a family-run Brazilian farm producing coffee since 1933 and now led by José Carlos Reis and his son Flavio “Fafa” Reis.
Part of the farm’s Manga Larga series, this coffee is slowly dried in static drying boxes, a method developed to create a fruitier and more expressive profile than traditional Brazilian naturals. Expect bright orange and plum, sweet marzipan and a rich dark chocolate finish.
