A classic washed Ethiopian coffee from Taferi Kela in Sidamo, grown by local community farmers at high altitude and processed by Bette Buna at their washing station.
The coffee is fermented for 24–36 hours before being washed and slowly dried on raised, covered beds. The result is a clean and delicate cup with floral aromas, juicy stone fruit, rich dark chocolate and an elegant black tea finish.
