A naturally processed coffee from the volcanic highlands of Mt. Ijen in East Java, grown by a network of smallholder farmers and processed by Kevenka at their Botolinggo mill.
Ripe cherries are carefully sorted and slowly dried for 11–13 days, creating a sweet and expressive cup with juicy plum and orange, warm nutmeg and vanilla, and a rich dark chocolate finish.
