An anaerobic washed coffee from Finca Los Papales in Jinotega, Nicaragua, a family-run farm with more than a century of coffee-growing heritage, located on the slopes of Cerro Chimborazo.

Made exclusively from the Java variety, ripe cherries undergo a 72-hour anaerobic fermentation before being washed and slowly dried on African raised beds. The result is an elegant and sweet cup with crisp apple and peach, delicate jasmine florals, creamy milk chocolate and a caramel finish.
